Comprehensive Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluation

Includes a 1.5 Hour Evaluation, a 1 Hour Follow Up Meeting with therapist and parent(s) at a later date, and a written summary.
Re-Evaluation

Usually scheduled after 6 months of OT sessions within our practice.
Limited Focus Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluation
$350
Same as the Comprehensive Evaluation, but a copy of a previous OT evaluation report, completed within one year must first be provided.
Developmental Screening
$200
A brief overview of child’s development offered at specific preschools where we have contracts to perform screenings. Please inquire for participating schools.
Pediatric Occupational Therapy and Counseling Services
Regular Therapy Sessions
$185/hr
Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. Parents can submit bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on the plan.
Out-of-Office Sessions
$200/hr
Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. Parents can submit bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on their plan.
Re-Check Sessions
$200/hr
Sessions are generally once every 3+ months and DO NOT include a report/written summary. Parents can submit this bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on their plan.
Individual/Family Counseling
$150/hr
Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. Parents can submit bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on their plan.
Adult Services
Adult Occupational Therapy Evaluation
$450
A comprehensive evaluation of functional skills including sensory processing, executive functioning, and other individual differences.
Adult Counseling
$150/hr
Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. Clients can submit bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on their plan.
Adult Occupational Therapy Session

Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. You can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement depending on the plan.
Parent Coaching
Individual Parent Coaching
$185/hr
Parents receive individual in-person or virtual parent coaching with a therapist who has completed specific training in Parent Coaching (DIR 203). These sessions are also available to parents whose children are not seen at ITTS.
Group Parent Coaching
$200/8-week Session
Parents receive group parent coaching with teaching focused on reflective parenting, understanding individual differences, and offering support for their child. Parent Coaching Groups run in 8-week session and are virtual with up to 8 families participating.
Tomatis
Clients must first have a Tomatis evaluation completed within our practice to determine eligibility, which is billed as a regular evaluation. Tomatis therapy is done in 3 loops. There is a 4-6 week break in between the 1st and 2nd loop and then another 4-6 week break in between the 2nd and 3rd loop. We ask that parents pay for each of the loops in advance. Billing is generated toward the end of each loop. Parents can submit this bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on their plan.
Tomatis Loops
1st Loop: $3,750.00
Consists of 15 consecutive days, 2 hours per day.
2nd Loop: $2,000.00
Consists of 8 consecutive days, 2 hours per day.
3rd Loop: $2,000.00
Consists of 8 consecutive days, 2 hours per day.
Total Cost: $7,750.00
Annual/Booster Loop
$2,000.00
Consists of 8 consecutive days, 2 hours per day.
Annual/Booster loops are scheduled on an “as needed” basis determined by the treating therapist. Annual loops are scheduled only after the first three loops of Tomatis have been completed.
