Billing & Insurance FAQ

1. Why aren’t you in-network with insurance? This is an excellent question, and we understand that not being in-network with insurance companies can add an extra step for clients.  Unfortunately, we have found that insurance companies can often limit the total number of sessions or otherwise restrict treatment options which are not always in the best interest to the child.  We are also able to offer much lower out-of-pocket rates for families than clinics who are in-network with insurances. Check with your insurance company for out of network benefits.

2. Will you give me a “super bill” to submit to my insurance company? Yes, we provide an invoice with diagnostic information and treatment codes to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Check with your insurance plan to make sure that you have out-of-network or GAP coverage for services.

3. Can I pay for services using my Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account? Yes, we are able to accept HSA and FSA cards as payment for services.
